No matter how much makeup you put on, what treatment you do,
your age will reflect in the way your hands appear. They always seem to age
faster than we want, but maybe only because we do not take the right steps, at
the right time. Now that being said, how will you ensure that you keep your
hands baby soft? Here are some tips that will help your cause:
1.
Make
Gloves Your Best Friends – Feel a dip in the temperature outside? Make it a
point to pack a pair of gloves in your bag. While you may feel that you will
not be needing them, it is not so. The cold air can prove to be detrimental to
your skin, make it rough and extremely dry. As such, it will be prone to
breakage as well. Hence, do invest in a pair of gloves that are of the best
quality. Even when you do household chores, keep the gloves on to ensure
protection for your skin and nails as well.
2.
Hydrate
Them Well – Keeping your skin hydrated and moist all the time is the key to
have young-looking skin. While drinking copious amount of water is the key, you
also need to ensure that you apply a good quality moisturizer, hand cream and
other products that help retain the water content and keep your hand soft and
supple. Carry a cream with you all the time and keep applying it as many times
as you want in a day.
3.
Avoid
Extremely Hot Water – Love taking a hot shower/spa? While it may be
extremely relaxing, in the long run, your skin may become dry and lose the
moisture. Even when you want to wash your hands, always use lukewarm water and
never hot water or else, it will lead to damage that will do you more harm than
good.
4.
Select
a Mild Soap – Are you sure that you are using a good hand liquid soap in Dubai or any other location? If you do not choose the best product
to pamper your hands, it will take a toll on the softness of your hands. While
making your selection, do take into consideration the ingredients mentioned in
the label. This will help you take an informed decision.
